01 Acceptance
By creating an account or using Plavyn, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. We may update these terms from time to time — see Section 10.
02 The Service
Plavyn is a drawing and site-plan management tool for construction teams: organizing projects, drawings, planner schedules, and a team roster, with an on-device drawing and annotation toolset. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product develops.
03 Accounts
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account, and for keeping your password confidential.
- One account per person. Don't share your login with someone else — if they need access to a project, invite them to it instead (see Section 06).
- You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
04 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Plavyn for anything unlawful, or upload content you don't have the right to share.
- Try to access another team's project data, or bypass any access restriction in the app.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the service for other users.
05 Your Content
Drawings, projects, and everything else you create or upload in Plavyn remain yours. We don't claim ownership of it. By using the app, you give us only the limited permission needed to store, sync, and display that content back to you and to whichever teammates you've invited to that project — nothing more.
06 Team Collaboration
Inviting someone to a project shares that project's roster and content with them, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for who you choose to invite to your projects.
07 Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app — see our Privacy Policy for what that does. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms, particularly Section 04.
08 Disclaimer
Plavyn is a plan-management and collaboration tool, not a substitute for professional engineering, architectural, or regulatory judgment. Nothing in the app — including approval-status fields, drawing versions, or schedule dates — constitutes structural, fire, environmental, or any other regulatory sign-off. Verifying that a drawing, approval, or plan actually meets applicable code and is fit for construction remains your responsibility and that of the licensed professionals on your project.
Beyond that, the app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plavyn and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including any construction, scheduling, or compliance decision made using information stored in it. Use professional judgment; the app is a tool, not a decision-maker.
10 Changes to These Terms
If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the effective date at the top of this sheet and make a reasonable effort to let you know inside the app. Continuing to use Plavyn after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
