What's changed in Plavyn, as it happens.
Plavyn can now send you a push notification the moment a teammate uploads or annotates a drawing on a shared project — tap it to jump straight there. Turn on notifications when prompted to start receiving them.
Drawings, Diary, Project Details, Team, Snags, and RFIs all support pull-to-refresh now — check for a teammate's latest upload without leaving and reopening the tab.
Uploading to a building, discipline, and floor that already has a drawing now always lands as the next version (v2, v3...) instead of occasionally showing up as a second, separate-looking drawing.
Basement, podium, and typical floor counts added to a building weren't syncing to the backend at all before — they stayed stuck on the device that created them. Floors now sync the same way buildings and drawings do.
Teams on Google Workspace can sync Drawings and Diary the same way OneDrive teams always could. Pick Google Drive as a project's storage in Account Settings, and every upload shows up on your teammates' devices too.
Connecting a cloud storage account moved from a project's Team tab to Account Settings — it's a one-time, device-wide setup, not something you do per project.
Your site diary now stays strictly yours. Sign into the same account on your phone and iPad and your entries follow you there automatically — but teammates never see them.
Fixed a handful of sync issues that could leave a newly invited teammate without a project's buildings, or a drawing invisible on another device even though it uploaded fine.
A project's Details tab could stop scrolling once it had a few buildings, on iPhone. Fixed.
Backup files saved through OneDrive, Google Drive, and other third-party providers were showing up greyed out and unselectable in the restore picker. Fixed — restore now works no matter where the backup file lives.
Swipe left on any building in a project's Details tab to remove it, with a confirmation before anything is actually deleted.
Cross-device sync and inviting team members now need a Sync & Team subscription (₹399/month). Every account still gets 10MB of free cloud storage and can keep working entirely on-device without paying anything.
Upload a drawing or write a diary entry on one device and it shows up on the next. Drawings, Diary, and Planner now keep every device on a project in sync automatically — IdeaBook stays local to the device it was created on.

Site diary pages show up as a grid of pages, auto-named by date, with rename and delete built in — and four paper styles (blank, lined, graph, dotted) to write or sketch on.
Opening a PDF drawing no longer routes through a separate annotate screen — it opens directly as an IdeaBook canvas, sized to A3 and oriented to match the drawing’s own portrait or landscape shape automatically.
